Spiraea vanhouttei 'Renaissance' (Spirea) Shrub, #3 - Size Container

SPIRAEA VANHOUTTEI `RENAISSANCE` Everyone is familiar with x van houttei since it has been a staple of the spring landscape for decades, but 'Renaissance' is better because it displays a much stronger resistance to diseases. You'll be hard pressed to find one single difference between the two plants except 'Renaissance' is much more carefree and much more able to deliver on the promise of being a great landscape plant! So, enjoy the same fountain form and incredible bloom that resembles a snowstorm only in late May and June, and use generously in the garden for its great looks when planted alone or in groups to form an elegant border planting.

• Plant is delivered direct from our nursery in a 3-gallon trade pot. It is fully rooted in the soil and can be planted immediately upon arrival, weather permitting. We advise not to plant during frigid winter months or under drought conditions. Planting and how-to-care instructions will arrive with shipment
• For Best results, plant in usda zones 3-8. Mature Height is 5-6ft, mature spread is 6-7ft
• Fountains growing spiraea with Green foliage. Foliage provides a nice contrast to its White flowers. If planted in side by side in a group, it can certainly make an elegant border planting
• Grows well in full sun
• Plant will be dormant (no leaves) late fall through the winter months, this is normal. It will leaf out in spring
