Introducing the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60" Series, a top-tier commercial gas range boasting a 60-3/4" width and 37" high cooking surface. Crafted with a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a manual front gas shut-off, it ensures safety and convenience. This range features a factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. The 5-burner configuration (Option 6) comprises (2) high-powered Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) star-shaped 33,000 BTU burners in the front, offering maximum cooking flexibility. It also includes a 24" charbroiler with removable cast iron grates, positionable on the left or right side. This unit comes with two oven bases: one convection oven and one standard oven. The 32,000 BTU convection oven offers a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14" high x 26" wide x 24" deep, accommodating three racks and five-position side rails. Its motor is a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V AC, high-efficiency model with permanent split phase, overload protection, and permanently lubricated ball bearings. The 45,000 BTU standard oven offers the same temperature range, with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14" high x 26" wide x 26.5" deep, accommodating full-size pans in both directions, and comes with one rack and two-position side rails.
