Introducing the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60" Series, a top-tier commercial gas range boasting a 60-3/4" width and 37" high cooking surface. Crafted with a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a manual front gas shut-off, it ensures safety and convenience. The 45,000 BTU standard oven offers the same temperature range, with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14" high x 26" wide x 26.5" deep, accommodating full-size pans in both directions, and comes with one rack and two-position side rails.
