You can also store precooked bacon in the freezer and take out just what you need. Just note that frozen precooked bacon takes a few extra minutes to heat up. With roots in bacon-making going back more than 100 years, Hormel starts with fresh (never frozen) hand-trimmed pork bellies and treats them to a proprietary brine and natural hardwood smoke process.
