• Kettle Maximizer allows you to pull liquor or wort from below the depth of your kettle's bottom port

• Rotate to your preferred pick-up height in boil kettles to leave trub behind when transferring to fermenter

The tri-clamp maximizer is recommended for boil kettles and hot liquor tanks with 1.5" T.C. bottom ports. This fitting will allow you to pull liquor or wort from below the depth of your kettle's bottom port without the need to tip your vessel. For hot liquor tanks, point the end of the tube straight down to maximize pick up. For boil kettles, you can rotate the maximizer to position the end of the tube at your preferred height above the bottom of the kettle, leaving room for a layer of trub that will be left behind in the kettle when you transfer wort to your fermenter.
