- Apply Initial Coat: Once surface is clean and prepared, use a nylon-polyester brush, 1/4 - 3/8" nap roller, high quality pad applicator, or pump sprayer with adjustable tip for a thin coat
- Back Roll for Uniformity: If sealer is sprayed, follow up with a back roll for even thickness
- Drying Time: Sealer dries to touch in 1 hour. Allow first coat to dry for 4 hours before deciding on second coat
- Ensure Full Curing: Make sure surface is fully cured before use
- Light Traffic: Allow 24 hours for light foot traffic
- Heavy Traffic & Furniture: Allow 72 hours for heavy foot traffic and furniture
- Automotive Tires: Avoid subjecting to automotive tires for 14 days
- Cleaning: Wait 30 days before rinsing and cleaning with mild detergent
