ELISA plates are specially treated and gamma-irradiated for enhanced protein binding, making them ideal for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) and enzyme-immunoassays (EIA). Our C-bottom plates have a chamfered/radiuses corner and a large flat bottom. Evergreen offers tissue culture treated microplates for animal & plant cell tissue-culture studies. Tissue-culture treated plates provide uniform and compatible surfaces for animal cell attachment and growth. The untreated plates are appropriate for use in many plant cell culture studies where cell attachment is not required. Each well has a raised rim to minimize cross-contamination. Extra distinct alpha-numeric designations identify each well for quick sample location. One-way fitting lids reduce excess evaporation and raised rings inside help to minimize condensation.
